With over 25 years experience training athletes at all levels we have seen the benefits of in-water training to a host of “dry-land” athletes including football players, basketball players, wrestlers, hockey players, runners, and others.
The most significant experience we have had by far is with military personnel.
Through decades of training we have seen how swimming and other exercises in the water, what we call “Alternative Weightless Training”, can benefit everyone if done with the correct techniques and established goals.
